Orders & Delivery

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Delivery is available in selected cities. Delivery charges may apply.
• Standard delivery time is 1–3 working days.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment.
• Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Refunds

• Replacement is provided only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• No refunds after successful delivery.

Warranty

• Water filters come with a manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or improper use.

User Conduct You agree not to misuse our website, engage in fraudulent activity, or copy our content.

Limitation of Liability Aura Drinking Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
